Outside catering is not permitted, but we can provide a variety of catering packages, tailored to suit your taste, budget, and requirements. Private dining and black-tie events are available for 80-140 pax.

Perfect for more intimate gatherings, Browns’ Bar is our smallest suite. Cosy booths, a roaring log fire, and our expansive drinks list await – along with an incorporated dancefloor!
Outside catering is not permitted in this suite, but we can provide a variety of catering packages, tailored to suit your taste, budget, and dietary requirements. Private dining is available for 20 pax or more.

Our newly renovated Café Bar is an adaptable space for any event. Whether you want an intimate private dinner or require a full suite for significant celebrations, Polson’s has you covered.
